Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join their team in Warwick.
The Role
As a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner, you will play an integral role in the development and delivery of strategic land promotion projects. You will work closely with our experienced planning team to manage and progress planning applications, undertake site appraisals, prepare planning strategies, and liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated professional who is passionate about the planning industry and eager to contribute to the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline, with MRTPI status (or working towards it).
* Experience in town planning, ideally with experience in strategic land promotion or residential development.
* Proven experience in managing planning applications and engaging with local authorities.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
