You'll set the tone in your room and make sure practice stays consistent and purposeful.

* This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
* You must have experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner in a nursery.
* This position is not suitable for candidates without experience leading a room.

* Salary: Up to £32,000 per year

What You'll Need
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience leading a nursery room
* Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Confidence overseeing planning, observations and assessments
* Clear understanding of safeguarding and compliance requirements
