Are you an experienced CRM Strategist / CRM Lead / Digital Director with a B2B marcom agency background, looking to make an impact?
We’re partnering with a leading B2B marketing agency to hire a Senior CRM Strategist to take full ownership of a high value enterprise client account leading the strategy and delivery of a global lifecycle CRM programme, with a clear mandate to improve conversion and drive measurable commercial outcomes.
The role is based in London - offers hybrid working and reports into the Head of Strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
CRM Strategy & Client Leadership
* Own the CRM strategy for a new enterprise account, acting as senior client lead
* Shape the lifecycle marketing roadmap across multiple markets and stakeholders
* Translate business goals into CRM programmes that drive revenue impact
Lifecycle & Journey Design
* Define and optimise end-to-end lifecycle journeys (nurture, upsell, retention)
* Lead the development of trigger-based workflows and automation frameworks
* Ensure journeys are built around customer intent, behaviour, and funnel stage
Email, Personalisation & Experience
* Oversee HTML email strategy and modular template systems
* Drive dynamic content and personalisation strategies at scale
* Ensure creative and messaging is aligned to conversion and CX best practice
Data, Automation & Platform Direction
* Lead segmentation, targeting, and automation strategy within a Dynamics ecosystem
* Oversee platform evolution and migration from Eloqua to Dynamics
* Drive improvements in data quality, efficiency, and automation maturity
Performance, Insight & Optimisation
* Define measurement frameworks linking CRM activity to revenue outcomes
* Use insight to continuously optimise journeys, messaging, and performance
* Elevate CRM from campaign execution to commercial growth driver
Governance & Delivery Oversight
* Establish scalable governance, QA, and delivery frameworks
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and consent management best practice
* Align internal teams and stakeholders around a clear operating model
CORE SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
* Experience as a CRM Strategist / Senior CRM Lead / Digital Director within a B2B agency
* Strong track record delivering complex, multi-market CRM programmes
* Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and marketing automation
* Experience leading client relationships and strategic programmes
* Experience with Dynamics, Eloqua, Salesforce or similar platforms
* Strong understanding of data, segmentation, and personalisation strategies
* Comfortable balancing strategy, client leadership, and delivery oversight
