About the Role:
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week (30+ hours can be considered)
* Location: Full time in the office for induction period. Once trained hybrid working will be facilitated with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
As a Senior Clinical Systems Configuration Analyst, you will:
* Work closely with system users, providing high-quality advice and supportto Trust staff
* Configure and optimise clinical systems to enhance efficiency and usability
* Quickly develop expertise in key systems, such as RiO, SystmOne, IAPTus, Systems For Dentists and Lillie (full training provided)
* Lead on system improvements, change management, and development projects
* Handle business-as-usual configuration tasks and ad-hoc queries, ensuring seamless system functionality
* Conduct in dept testing (functional, regression, acceptance)
* Develop templates, forms, and clinical system workflows
