We are seeking a reflective and ambitious Year 3 Teacher to join a caring community in Manchester. This Full-Time Year 3 Teacher role begins January 2026, and the successful Year 3 Teacher will be supported by experienced colleagues and a leadership team committed to professional growth. The Year 3 Teacher will be expected to plan sequences that strengthen arithmetic, reading comprehension and independent writing. • Year 3 Teacher required for a Full-Time post beginning January 2026 • Year 3 Teacher to join an inclusive and progressive Manchester primary school • Year 3 Teacher to start planning before January 2026 and be fully in-class from January 2026 Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities • The Year 3 Teacher will plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to Year 3 learners and ensure progression across the curriculum. • The Year 3 Teacher will use assessment to inform next steps and will run interventions where needed as the Year 3 Teacher. • The Year 3 Teacher will develop pupils’ independence and reasoning, preparing them for upper-key-stage challenges as the Year 3 Teacher. • The Year 3 Teacher will support enrichment activities, lead trips, and take an active role in the pastoral life of the school from January 2026. Year 3 Teacher Requirements • QTS and confident KS2 experience as a Year 3 Teacher. • Strong classroom management and the ability to deliver creative, differentiated lessons as the Year 3 Teacher. • A committed Year 3 Teacher who places pupil wellbeing at the centre of learning. Start & Contract This is a Full-Time Year 3 Teacher vacancy commencing January 2026. The Full-Time Year 3 Teacher will receive structured induction in January 2026 and ongoing CPD. The Full-Time Year 3 Teacher will be expected to contribute to school life and participate in parental meetings and events from January 2026 onwards.
