Job Summary: We're looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Joiner/Carpenter to join our in-house maintenance team. You'll be working on responsive and planned repairs across wider Manchester area. This is a temporary position, but successful candidates may be offered a permanent job Main Duties: You'll be carrying out a range of joinery and multi-trade repair work, including: Hanging and repairing internal and external doors Splice repairs Basic locksmith work Repairing or replacing bathroom sub-floors and bath panels Kitchen unit repairs or refits Other general property maintenance jobs What We're Looking For: Good experience in joinery and multi-trade repair work Worked in property maintenance before Can deliver top-quality work first time Good with customers - polite, helpful, and professional Understand and follow health and safety guidelines Must be able to work on your own and as part of a team Hours & Extras: Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm On-call/out-of-hours work may be required (paid extra)
