We are looking for an experienced Resuscitation Trainer to join the Learning & Development function as part of our in-house Training Team.
You will need to have relevant experience as a resuscitation Trainer. Ideally within a health and social care setting.
This is a full time role working 40 hrs per week delivering training courses online and within services where required, so travel will be required.
The Role
You will be required to deliver a variety of courses across the North West of England which include Basic Life Support, Intermediate Life Support, Resuscitation Simulation training, Emergency First Aid at Work, Ligature Risk Reduction, Safer People Handling – Core Skills and more.
You are/will have…
* Registered Health Care professional (NMC/HCPC) or hold Level 4 (or above) First Response Emergency Care (FREC 4).
* Experience working in health & social care setting.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
* Hold Level 3 Award (or above) in Education and Training (desirable).
* Relevant experience in a training/teaching environment.
* An Inspiring individual who’s passionate about resuscitation.
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Short listing and assessment process will be as follows:
If successfully shortlisted, you will be invited to our 1st stage interview. As part of this interview process you will be required to deliver a 10-minute micro teach session to the interview panel followed by a series of competency based interview questions.
If successfully shortlisted you will be invited to attend interview process where you'll be asked a series of competency based interview questions.
