Responsibilities
* Assisting in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
* Supporting children's learning through play, exploration, and discovery
* Observing and assessing children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and sharing insights with the lead teacher
* Communicating effectively with parents and carers, building strong partnerships to support children's learning and well-being
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised learning environment
* Adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare of all children
Qualifications
* A relevant childcare or early years education qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in an EYFS setting
* Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A nurturing and patient approach to working with young children
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
