OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
Essential:
VTCT NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy
Certification in CND Shellac, Gelish, or Jessica GELeration
Minimum 18 months’ experience in a salon or spa environment
Excellent communication skills and a portfolio of nail work
Ability to perform up to 8 hours of treatments per day
Desirable:
VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
Experience in a 5-star luxury setting (, Steiner Cruise Ships, Nails Inc)
Retail selling experience in a spa or salon
Additional training in nail art and advanced manicure/pedicure techniques

Deliver exceptional manicures, pedicures, and gel treatments using top-tier products
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and professional treatment space
Engage with guests to ensure a personalised and memorable experience
Promote spa events and retail products to meet daily and monthly sales targets
Participate in audits, training, and team-building activities
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
