Responsibilities:
* Support and deliver value-adding price optimisations
* Analyse customer response to price changes using impact and scenario modelling
* Improve customer lifetime value outcomes
* Conduct competitor and market analysis
* Ensure fair value is delivered for customers
* Reconcile data, document processes and refine trading performance
* Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Experience in insurance pricing
* Experience with Python, SQL, R, SAS or similar tools
* Strong numerical skills (degree or equivalent proficiency)
* Knowledge of risk/demand modelling and statistical techniques
* Problem-solving ability and initiative
* Understanding of machine learning techniques
