HRGO are recruiting an Administrator for our client in Bodelwyddan. You will be working in a busy environment, assisting across multiple departments. If you are an experienced Administrator please get in touch!
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Location: Bodelwyddan
Pay: £13.45-£14.00 per hour, paid weekly
Contract Type: Temp to perm
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communication, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate and organised records, both physical and digital
- Assist with data entry and ensure databases are updated and accurate
- Support senior staff with administrative tasks and project coordination
- Dealing with logistics companies
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using Sage is advantageous
