They work on a range of projects including mixed use buildings, student accommodation and Ministry of Defence. They have a busy year ahead with lots of projects recently won for 2026, so they are now looking for a Lead Design Technician to join the team. In this hybrid role, you will be required to manage and coordinate a team of designers. You will be responsible for workloads, setting deadlines, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery of all design outputs produced by the team. You will incorporate engineering calculations and details into hot rolled steel designs working closely with the design team, Structural Engineers, clients, factory and site teams.
