Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)

Two shifts available: 09:00 - 13:00 or 11:00 - 15:00 (Monday to Friday)
We are looking to recruit 4 Customer Service Advisors to join our team on our Basildon contract, on a part-time basis.
About the Role
Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments, ensuring that future jobs are appointed in a way that will meet our contractual Service Level Agreements and avoid false promises. You’ll coordinate with supervisory teams and regional buyers to ensure materials and equipment are ready for use at the scheduled times.
Using our MSi system, you’ll actively schedule available operatives and subcontractors, discuss complex repairs, demanding customers, and service failures, with the role of instilling customer confidence.
About You
Candidates should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal. With excellent customer service skills, you’ll have previous experience in the repairs and maintenance sector or a trade-based background, along with good problem-solving skills.
