The children and Governors of our happy and friendly community based school wish to appoint a passionate and committed
Office Manager
to join our team and help continue our drive towards helping every child reach their true potential, leaving us ready and confident to embrace 21st century life.

As our School office manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the smooth and effective running of our school. From managing budgets and procurement to leading support staff and overseeing HR processes, your work will directly impact the opportunities we provide for our children. You'll be a key member of our team, working closely with the Headteacher and finance partners to ensure our school continues to thrive.

This role will be based on Term Time only plus the flexibility to work an additional 3 weeks to meet the scope of the roll.
36.5 hours per week: 08:15-16:45 ( Mon-Thurs) and 8:15-3:45 ( Fri) with possibility to discuss alternative working pattern if necessary.
Salary: £ 30,024 - £33,699 Actual Salary: £28,354 - £31,815
Key Responsibilities

* Support financial planning, budget management, and procurement.
* Oversee HR administration, recruitment, and staff development.
* Manage school operations, including health & safety, compliance, and estates.
* Work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to support strategic planning.
* Ensure that all resources are used effectively to deliver the best outcomes for children.
