We are seeking an exceptional Service Manager for our Aberdeen City Recovery Housing and Dispersed Residential Service The Role This role is a Service Manager position for our Aberdeen City Recovery Housing and Dispersed Residential Service. You will report to the Head of Services - North East Scotland and you will provide leadership and support to the Team Managers, Therapeutic team and Recovery Housing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of compliance with both internal and Care Inspectorate standards of care. You will take a proactive approach to promoting the Service, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, commissioners, and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of referrals. You will be responsible for supporting the Recovery Housing Manager to achieve and sustain occupancy targets. In doing so, you will also ensure the service contributes to and aligns with the objectives set out by the Scottish Government, while maintaining a focus on placing the right individuals into the service to achieve positive, sustainable recovery outcomes. Experience in a management role and a passion for nurturing and developing your staff and volunteers The ability to contribute to the creative development of our treatment and recovery approach to meet the needs of the people that use our services, our commissioners and stakeholders The Service This community based service will be framed around our Residential Therapeutic Community model, providing a structured day service. This flexible service will run a structured group work programme in addition to 1 to 1 support, including a range of meaningful activities to build recovery capital. You will also work closely and collaborate with Rae House Residential Service based in Alford, Aberdeenshire.
