We’re looking for a friendly and organised Lettings Administrator to join our team at Lift Firth Park on a casual basis. This role will support the booking of school facilities within our leisure centre. You’re someone who’ll be able to: Open and lock up the facilities. Meet and greet lettings customers. Cleaning the toilets and facilities after use. Recording / Administration of last minute bookings. Be flexible and able to cover at short notice. Able to work evenings and weekends. Cover the leisure centre reception desk. You’re someone who has: Enthusiasm for working in a customer-facing role Experience of working in an office environment Strong customer service skills Excellent organisation skills Comfortable with loan working About our school.
