Job Description:
We are supporting a reputable law firm in their search for a skilled Conveyancer. Role Responsibilities:
* Freehold and leasehold sales / purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* Stamp duty procedures
* Title checking
* Search reports
* Enquiries
* Freehold sales/purchases
* Leasehold sales/purchases including the grant of leases
* The regulation of landlord and tenant relationships
* Dealing with all matters from beginning through to completion
Candidate Requirements:
* Be an experienced Legal Executive or Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer with a proven track record of residential property work
* Have good management and supervisory skills
* Be self-motivated and able to organise your own workload
