Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Support children with additional needs, including SEND and EAL. Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment. Contribute to pupils’ social and emotional development. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children in an educational setting (school or nursery). A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
