We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join the team at U-Drive!

Reporting into the Fleet Manager, you will work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, and will be the first point of contact for our clients and supply chain. The successful candidate will be a positive and friendly individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.

About the Role

· Become the first/main point of contact for our clients, both external and internal

· Communicating clear and accurate information to both clients and the supply chain

· Proactively managing all fleet related incidents, providing assistance within individual service level agreements

· Managing income telephone calls and email correspondence promptly and professionally

· Managing as part of the Fleet Administration team, routine servicing, inspections, MOT/Plate test and Road Fund Licence

· Managing effectively as part of the Fleet Administration Team all available resources

· Liaising with the Insurance Team, Account Management Team and Sales Teams, identifying areas of improvement within the services being provided

· Recording all activities within the fleet management software

This is a full-time position working 40-hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, with working hours falling between 7:00am and 6:00pm depending on the allocated shift.

Bank Holidays will sometimes be worked on a half-day basis, and any hours worked will be given back as TOIL to be taken at a later date.

Requirements

· Excellent IT skills including the use of MS Office

· Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

· Demonstrate strong administrative and communication skills, both written and verbal

· Self-motivated and organised

· Confident in managing incoming telephone calls and email correspondence in a prompt and professional manner

· Demonstrate problem solving skills and taking ownership of tasks
