About the role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader with a passion for excellence to become the Operations Lead in our Surbiton Home.
As Operations Lead, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily running of the Home by overseeing all non-clinical operations, from housekeeping and facilities to health and safety compliance. You’ll lead with empathy and efficiency, ensuring our physical environment remains welcoming, safe, and maintained to the highest standard.
You’ll be the go-to person for managing the Housekeeping Team, liaising with catering providers, and working closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional experience for residents and families alike.
