Overview:
A legal services provider is looking for a eDiscovery Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple client matters at once. This role suits someone who can run projects independently, keep stakeholders aligned, and combine technical know-how with calm, commercial client management.
Responsibilities of this eDiscovery Project Manager:
* Own delivery across active matters, balancing scope, speed, quality and stakeholder expectations
* Shape practical approaches to handling client data from early-stage intake through to final outputs
* Be the escalation point for workflow decisions, problem resolution and delivery risk management
* Lead client communications: status updates, decision points, and clear recommendations when trade-offs are required
* Build and manage project plans, tracking progress against timelines and financial targets
* Produce clear reporting on performance, volume, milestones and delivery health
* Coordinate internal teams to ensure the right resources and services are applied at the right time
* Support billing accuracy by reviewing invoices and resolving discrepancies before submission
Requirements of this eDiscovery Project Manager:
* 3+ years in eDiscovery project management
* A track record utilising Relativity for administrative tasks
* Strong understanding of analytics features and how to apply them to real-world workflows
* Proven ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple matters without losing control of detail
* Confident, consultative communicator with strong client-facing presence
* Proactive, solutions-led approach with a track record of preventing issues before they escalate
* Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence across teams and functions
