Regional Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales within the assigned region
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Handle the full sales cycle from enquiry through to order and follow-up
* Prepare technical proposals and pricing
* Conduct customer visits and regular sales meetings
* Carry out annual business reviews and sales forecasting
* Work closely with internal teams including customer service, operations and engineering
* Use CRM systems to manage pipeline activity and customer records
* Travel within the territory as required
Performance Measures
* Achievement of new business targets
* Retention and growth of existing accounts
* Territory profitability
* Quality of customer communication and proposals
* Accurate forecasting and reporting
Candidate Requirements
* Engineering degree preferred (or strong technical aptitude for Specialist title)
* Experience in technical or engineering-based sales
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to negotiate
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Willingness to travel within the region
* Self-motivated with a driven and proactive approach
