A leading lifestyle brand based in Leeds is looking for a Growth Marketing & CRM Manager to join their growing marketing team. This role will be pivotal in driving deeper customer engagement, brand loyalty, and long-term growth through email, SMS, and push notification strategies.
The Brand
A fashion brand with a strong online presence and expanding retail footprint is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing & CRM Manager. You’ll join a close-knit and collaborative team in Leeds, taking full ownership of customer lifecycle management and digital retention strategies that drive conversion, engagement, and loyalty.
The Role
* Developing and executing automated journeys and personalised campaigns using Ometria.
* Managing customer segmentation to optimise engagement and conversion.
* Analysing campaign performance, running A/B tests, and sharing actionable insights with the wider team.
* Leading CRM strategy across all digital communications including email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
* Overseeing the loyalty and membership programme to strengthen customer retention.
* Ensuring GDPR compliance and data accuracy across the CRM database.
* Collaborating closely with trading, brand, and marketing teams to align all CRM activity with wider business objectives.
* Continuously identifying opportunities to improve automation, UX, and customer experience.
About You
* Minimum 5 years’ CRM experience, ideally within an e-commerce or fashion retail business.
* Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms (Ometria experience highly desirable).
* Proven analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and project management skills.
* Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Passion for streetwear, fashion, and digital innovation.
* Salary - £55,000
* Hybrid working (1 day from home per week)
