The successful candidate will bring deep SAP implementation experience, particularly in finance transformation, and a solid understanding of core business processes such as Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP Finance & Tax implementation, ensuring alignment with timelines, resources, and project governance frameworks (BIS PMO methodology).
* Governance & Compliance: Manage project documentation, milestone sign-offs, and support internal audits as needed.
* Change Management: Collaborate with business change teams to support a smooth transition from current (AS-IS) to future (TO-BE) processes, including O2C and P2P workstreams.
* Milestone & Schedule Management: Monitor and adapt schedules around key deliverables (e.g., data migration, UAT, go-live) and hybrid UK/Brazil time zones.
* Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely and structured updates to all levels of stakeholders, including Executive and Operating Steering Committees.
* Data Migration Oversight: Coordinate closely with the Data Migration Lead to ensure data-related activities align with the overall project timeline.
* Vendor Management: Oversee third-party performance against contractual deliverables, conduct regular progress reviews, escalate issues, and drive corrective actions.
* Brazil Localisation & Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement all required Brazil-specific legal and tax localisations, ensuring full compliance amid ongoing tax reforms.
* Template Customisation: Adapt global SAP templates to meet local regulatory and operational requirements-particularly within the O2C and P2P process areas-in collaboration with Global Process Owners and the business change team.
* Cost Management: Support budget tracking and cost reporting in partnership with the Programme Manager, ensuring financial transparency and timely variance reporting.
* Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: Align Brazil-based teams, global stakeholders, and third-party vendors through structured communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration across time zones.
* Travel & Flexibility: Willingness to travel to Brazil (Rio Claro) for key project milestones and adapt working hours primarily to UK time, with flexibility as required.
