Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
* Set up and break down event spaces for conferences and banquets, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.
* Coordinate with the kitchen to manage food and beverage orders for events.
* Interact with guests to provide exceptional service, taking orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
* Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas.
* Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
* Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
* Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
* Support team members and collaborate to achieve common goals.
* Receiving, communication and Delivering Room Service Orders
Safety and Company Policies:
* Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
* Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
* Complete safety training and certifications.
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
* Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
* Support the team to reach common goals.
* Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
