The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
* Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
* Manage a steady flow of qualified leads
* Build long-term relationships through exceptional service
* Work closely with our admin and compliance teams to ensure smooth case progression
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lenders, criteria, and market trends
What We're Looking For
* Ideally 12 months advising experience (CAS status preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* A proactive, positive, and client-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
