Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Authorised Person (SAP) with strong HV/LV expertise to join a project on a rotational basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation, control, and authorisation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.Initial 6-12 month contractOutside IR35Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Senior Authorised Person (SAP) for HV/LV systemsControl, issue and manage permits to work and switching operationsEnsure safe isolation and energisation of electrical systemsReview and approve switching schedules and proceduresMaintain compliance with company safety standards and industry regulationsProvide technical guidance and supervision to site personnelConduct risk assessments and ensure all work is carried out safelyLiaise with project teams, engineers, and contractorsRequirementsQualificationsCity & Guilds Accredited High Voltage Senior Authorised Persons Course (essential)ExperienceProven experience working as an SAP on HV/LV systemsStrong background in electrical operations and switchingExperience working on EPCM projectsTPBN1_UKTJ
