Your new company A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a talented Property Litigation Lawyer to join its dynamic dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least three years of post-qualification experience to take on a varied and stimulating caseload, working with a broad range of clients including commercial landlords, developers, and private individuals. Your new role You'll be handling a wide spectrum of property disputes including: Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters Lease renewals and forfeiture Dilapidations and service charge disputes Trespass and nuisance claims Boundary and rights of way issues What you'll need to succeed Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with 3 PQE in property litigation (guidelines only).
