You'll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor and analyse individual and team performance metrics, implementing improvement plans as needed. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Prepare and present sales performance reports and insights to the executive team and clients. Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting standards. Identify training needs and organise skill development initiatives. Handle escalated customer or client issues promptly and effectively. Contribute to forecasting, sales planning, and target-setting processes. Foster a positive, results-driven team culture aligned with company values. Key Skills and Experience for a Sales Team Lead: Proven experience in sales leadership, team lead, or supervisory role. Preferably in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
