This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a service delivering outstanding care from day one. As Commissioning Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful pre-opening, launch and ongoing management of the home. You will ensure the home is fully compliant, well-staffed, and embedded within the local community while delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will have an excellent understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards, with the ability to lead a service through registration, mobilisation and growth. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while inspiring and developing your team.
