Overview
Support Worker Edinburgh - £13.10 per hour
Responsibilities
* Support people to gain more independence in their daily lives within a dynamic team and the supported living service in Edinburgh.
* Teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage access to local communities, socialise and participate in activities.
* Help individuals with goal attainment, such as preparing meals or planning holidays, and support them to grow in confidence and independence.
Shifts and hours
Typical shifts include 1 on 2 off, 2 on 4 off, or 3 on 6 off. Day shifts or night shifts are required. 24/7/365 coverage options with 24 or 36 hour contracts.

Requirements and qualifications
* Full UK driving license
* Resilient, flexible and composed approach
* Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma
