We’re looking for an Enterprise Systems Architect to join us in either our Reading or London sites
Reporting into the Senior Manager for Enterprise Systems, this is a key role in the development of Liberty Blumes outsourcing capabilities. This individual will be responsible for defining and evolving the Enterprise Systems Strategy in line with the long-term business vision.
What will you be doing?
* Working with Shared Services and business strategy partners to understand business imperatives, organisational vision, and medium to long-term objectives.
* Define and own the target landscape view of systems to fulfill Shared Services business vision and realize business and organisational objectives.
* Collaborate with delivery teams on streams impacting ERP Systems; make decisions on open items and resolve solution architecture differences where relevant.
* Maintain a map of core business capabilities and their associated systems/technologies across Operating Companies, identifying overlaps and inefficiencies.
* Propose metrics for comparing systems across Operating Companies and use these to identify and prioritize rationalization opportunities.
* Review and approve business requirements and proposed solutions from a business architecture and strategy perspective.
* Conduct reviews and gap analyses on current processes and configurations, making recommendations for improvements.
* Research and advise on innovation in the Enterprise Systems and Technology software market that can drive efficiency and cost savings.
We tend to look for people with:
* A creative and agile problem-solver with excellent presentation and documentation skills, confident with senior stakeholders and large audiences.
* Experience working with third-party resources, including offshore teams.
* Extensive experience with enterprise solutions, including business process analysis, systems analysis and design, and solutions delivery, either as a consultant or in-house.
* Substantial experience architecting and implementing Oracle ERP solutions, including EBS & Fusion.
* Commercial acumen in identifying key drivers for business cases and ROI analysis for enterprise systems.
* Experience rolling out innovative technologies such as AI/GenAI, Digital Assistants, RPA.
* Operational experience in ERP or SCM domains, ideally with BPO background.
* Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
* Good understanding of ITIL best practices and development methodologies.
* Cross-product experience with SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics, etc., is a plus.
* Experience with CRM and SAM solutions is desirable.
* Exposure to working with Gartner, Forrester, or other independent analysts would be advantageous.
