Receptionist
We are hiring a Flexible Receptionist for a well-established Financial Services client based in Harrow. This role is ideal for someone organised, professional, and experienced in front-of-house duties, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel.
Job Title: Flexible Receptionist
Location: Harrow (onsite with hybrid flexibility)
Pay Rate: £12 to £13 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting clients and managing front-of-house activities
* Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
* Scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms
* Updating and maintaining CRM records
* Providing general administrative support
* Using Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functions
* Coordinating day-to-day office tasks as required
Requirements:
* Previous receptionist or administrative experience
* Strong communication and telephone skills
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Proficient in advanced Excel (such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and formatting)
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Professional, reliable and able to work in a client-facing environment
