We have an exciting opportunity for a full time, permanent Nursery Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team working in the under 2s’ room. We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm for providing a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment and a creative approach for delivering an exciting and inspiring curriculum from which the children can flourish and thrive. We would like someone with a passion for their work that it is evident on the faces of their key children and in the minds of their parents.

The successful candidate must be qualified to Level 3 or above and have experience of working with children under 5 years old.

You will be:
* Assisting the senior staff in the planning and preparation of activities to provide a high quality curriculum
* Carrying out the observation and assessment of individual children and completion of their development records
* Attending to the physical, social and emotional needs of the children, working in partnership with parents to ensure that each child reaches their potential
* Participating in on-going training.
You should have:
* Relevant level 3 qualification
* Experience of working with children under 5 years
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
* A commitment to working in partnership with parents to provide a high standard of childcare.
