Job description We are looking for a Business Support Team Leader to lead a team of co-ordinators to deliver their objectives and meet KPI’s, with regular 1 to 1’s, clear goals and a ‘one team’ mentality. Your main responsibilities: Delivering all functions within Business Support, prioritising a variety of tasks. This includes working with depot managers, Credit Serve and other teams external to Head Office Coaching and managing the Business Support team through working with NISA colleagues and gaining feedback from customers weekly. Working with the in house legal teams to produce improved contracts, terms and conditions and an overall better experience for the customer. Driving continuous improvement in processes through developing new ways to gather information from the sales teams. Support Central Operations group, including working closely with the Communications, Marketing and Store Development teams. Work as one team with the New Business team to drive growth on the year, adapting my teams’ priorities and objectives accordingly. Producing data for the Board of Directors to show up to date metrics and data, including the ongoing work driving the new SLA’s I have put in place to cut time and costs. Running the day to day office tasks and assisting any visitors to Head Office who need support.
