The Role
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant / Office Administrator to join our team. The role will support our accounts department and help with the smooth day-to-day running of the business. It is 100% office-based in Bridgend, with flexible working hours available by discussion.
Responsibilities
* Input and process purchase and sales invoices
* Assist with payroll preparation and staff wages
* Support HR functions and maintain employee records
* Help with supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and credit control
* General bookkeeping and financial admin support
* Provide wider office administration as needed
Requirements
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Competent IT skills (Excel, Word, email systems)
* Understanding of accountancy practices or business financials is an advantage
* Previous admin or office experience (accounts experience desirable)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £12.60 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
