What You’ll Do
1. Work collaboratively to plan production lines that support efficient operations and meet customer needs.
2. Coordinate production capacity planning for assigned lines.
3. Help manage warehouse stock levels, keeping costs efficient and monitoring key stock thresholds.
4. Support the timely ordering of materials by working closely with sales teams and suppliers.
5. Source non-manufactured materials to meet both production and customer requirements, following order and receipt processes.
6. Keep production-related data up to date, including bills of materials (BOM), routing, material records, and purchasing info.
7. Support accurate and timely control of production data.
8. Play an active role in achieving departmental goals and performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
9. Experience in production planning, especially in a manufacturing environment, is a plus.
10. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
11. Well-organised with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
12. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
13. Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
14. Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
