Overview
Adult Social Worker – Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. Pay rate dependent upon experience up to £37.34 per hour Umbrella company.
A Qualified Social Worker is required to join Monmouthshire's integrated service team covering the North of the county. This is ideally a full time position offering an immediate start. You will be based on site between Neville Hall and the community 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be working with adults 18+, but mainly older people. To be considered for this role you will need to have both hospital and community experience of older adults.
Requirements / Qualifications
* A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
* A relevant Social Work Qualification
* Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
* Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
* 3 Years of referencing
* Driving license with access to a car
