Key Responsibilities Provide full operational leadership of the childrens home Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing care team Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk management Collaborate with education and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care Promote the service with internal and external stakeholders Produce reports and performance data aligned with KPIs Drive continuous service improvement and quality standards Contribute to wider organisational development initiatives About You A child-centred leader with a passion for achieving exceptional outcomes Previous experience as a Registered Manager, or at least two years as a Deputy Manager ready to progress Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Commitment to trauma-informed, therapeutic care approaches.
