Were seeking a well-organised administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, to support our Community Engagement team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality admin support including monitoring compliance schedules, invoice processing, updating records, and preparing reports.
Arrange and attend meetings: book venues, organise catering, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Maintain effective electronic and paper-based admin systems.
Respond to enquiries with a customer-focused approach, offering basic advice and signposting.
Ensure all activities comply with organisational policies (e.g. Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity).
Collaborate with the wider Business Support Team, providing cover and assistance as needed.
About you:
Were looking for a proactive Business Support Assistantwho enjoys working with a diverse range of people and taking ownership of varied admin tasks to deliver efficient service.
For this role you will need:
GCSE-level education (or equivalent), with good literacy and numeracy.
Attention to detail and familiarity with admin processes.
Intermediate IT skills (MS Office).
Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and solve problems practically.
