ERSG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our Operations team in Bromley. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality administrative support across a dynamic business. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being a fast learner. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, with excellent organisational skills, a proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Previous experience in an office environment, ideally in a contractor payroll/finance role is preferred, but full training will be provided. Responsibilities include: Processing of timesheet & expense information from various sources. Ensuring our contractors are paid accurately and in accordance with our weekly & monthly payment schedules. Processing of UK & International payments. Weekly & Monthly contractor payroll reconciliations. Uploading and reconciliation of payroll data to our Finance system. Verify timekeeping records to ensure compliance with company policies. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Support other operational initiatives and special projects as required.
