Accounts Payable Assistant – 3-Month Contract
Rate: £15 per hour
Location: Norwich
Hours: 37.5 per week (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm)
Start Date: 5th January
Parking: Free on-site parking
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Accounts Payable Assistant to support our client's business on a three-month contract. This role provides essential administrative and commercial support and will be based in the centre of Norwich.
Key Responsibilities
* Administering timesheets: issuing, collating, and submitting to payroll
* Managing purchase ledger materials and processing goods receipting
* Completing cash reconciliations
* Progressing invoices for approval and payment
* Supporting general financial and administrative tasks
* Handling a range of additional ad-hoc duties as required
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in commercial administration is beneficial
* Purchase ledger experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A willingness to learn and adapt
* Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
