Logistics Coordinator
Location: Pucklechurch (BS16)
Pay: £14.53 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (8:00am - 4:30pm)
Start Date: ASAP (temp to perm)
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced transport operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, transport, or administration who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and expanding business.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting drivers, and maintaining accurate records across the transport function.
Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Coordinator:
Inputting data accurately and updating internal systems
Collating and printing invoices for drivers
Preparing and organising driver paperwork for the next day
Supporting day-to-day logistics operations, including checking vehicle and tyre records
Reviewing transport plans and schedules
Carrying out general office administration tasks
About You
Strong Excel skills and confidence using office software
Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administrative roles (e.g., clerk, planner, admin)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn and progress
