Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
* Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain stock.
* Maintain high standards of hospitality, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary best practices.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and health standards.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests.
