Location: Chepstow / Hybrid (with UK travel to offices or client sites)

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor with strong TUPE expertise to join our team during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting managed service transitions and employee transfers, ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-focused TUPE mobilisations.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead and support end-to-end TUPE processes — from due diligence and consultation to onboarding and post-transfer integration.
2. Partner with managers, employee representatives, and legal advisors to ensure every transfer runs seamlessly and in line with legislation.
