We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in plumbing and heating sales. This is a field based role focused on promoting and selling a range of domestic heating systems including boilers heat pumps and water heaters
You will manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities with plumbing merchants and installers within your region. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long term partnerships
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with installers merchants and industry stakeholders
2. Identify and develop new sales opportunities to grow market presence
3. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
4. Act as the main link between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
5. Resolve customer issues and maintain strong long term relationships
6. Generate new leads and convert them into ongoing business
7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts and track performance against targets
8. Support the effective use of promotions and pricing strategies to drive sales growth
Requirements
9. Proven experience in a Regional Sales Manager or similar role within the plumbing and heating industry
10. Experience in manufacturing sales and knowledge of distribution channels in the sector is desirable
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
12. Good organisational and time management abilities
13. Experience managing or supporting a sales team
14. Knowledge of domestic gas and oil boilers
