Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end delivery of Datacenter build programs, ensuring sites are delivered on-time, within budget, and to engineering standards.
2. Manage cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, including construction partners, facilities teams, logistics, engineering, procurement, and operations.
3. Direct program and project planning, resource allocation, financial management, risk mitigation, and execution.
4. Oversee site readiness, construction timelines, commissioning, and compliance with safety, quality, and security standards.
5. Act as primary point of escalation and decision-making authority for major program risks, blockers, and change management.
6. Partner closely with internal teams (network, hardware, supply chain, facilities, security) to ensure seamless and predictable region delivery.
7. Provide technical and operational leadership to program managers, engineers, and vendor partners; select, develop, and evaluate talent to ensure high performance.
8. Report program status to senior leadership with clear ownership of schedule, scope, and quality.
About You
You have owned and delivered complex physical infrastructure programs — ideally datacenters or highly similar environments — requiring coordination of construction, engineering, supply chain, commissioning, and operational readiness.
You are a leader who is proactive in identifying risks, driving solutions, managing stakeholders, and ensuring disciplined program execution.
Required Qualifications
9. Proven experience leading Datacenter builds or comparable physical infrastructure delivery (telecom, colocation, large-scale industrial facilities, or mission-critical environments).
10. 10–15+ years in program or project management, with direct accountability for schedule, budget, and delivery.
11. Successful track record managing contractors, construction partners, and internal engineering/operations teams.
12. Strong risk management, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
13. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment with high ownership and urgency.
14. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field (preferred).
