The T&C Supervisors role:
* Supervising and coaching Advisers through the T&C scheme.
* One-to-ones, coaching, training and feedback to enhance performance.
* Ensuring compliance with the business and FCA regulations.
* Building and developing strong relationships across the whole business.
Requirements for the T&C Supervisor role:
* Strong knowledge and understanding of FCA rules and regulations.
* Level 4 diploma qualified (DipFA or DipPFS).
* Strong financial planning, coaching, and technical knowledge.
Rewards for the T&C Supervisor role:
* £45,000-£47,000
