Our client - a leading provider of innovative solutions across the pharmaceutical, food processing, and agriculture sectors - is expanding and looking for reliable Production/Packing Operatives to join their growing team in Bridgend.

Shift Pattern
This is a full-time role on a 12-hour rotating shift pattern: Days and Nights
* 3 nights on 4 off 3 days on 1 off 3 nights on 4 off 3 days on A great pattern for those who enjoy blocks of days off!
What You'll Be Doing
You will play a key role in a clean and well-organised production facility, including:
* Operating and loading machinery
* Picking and packing medical products
* Maintaining a safe, tidy work environment
* Following PPE and behavioural safety guidelines
* Reporting hazards and ensuring product quality
* Completing necessary production documentation
* Working to meet targets and maintain high standards
About You
We're looking for candidates who:
* Have experience in a fast-paced production or packing environment
* Are comfortable with manual and repetitive tasks
* Have strong attention to detail
* Ideally have clean-room or assembly experience (advantageous but not essential)
