Bank - hours as and when required
As a bank general porter, you will undertake portering duties daily to ensure an efficient, effective, and safe service to wards, departments, and patients, delivering the highest standards of service within the Raigmore site.
You must be able to work as part of a team or independently, follow instructions, and have good communication skills.
You should respond constructively to unpredictable situations and cope well under pressure.
You will need to meet the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and adhere to the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
A driving licence is essential, as you will be expected to drive a van up to 3.5 tonnes and small catering and portering vans/cars.
Applicants must have good customer communication skills.
This role does not qualify for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for this role.
